Mysterious Errors

<Error loading syntax file "Packages/Web Inspector/swi_stack.tmLanguage": Unable to open Packages/Web Inspector/swi_stack.tmLanguage>

This is because you removed the plugin directly. Go delete "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Sublime Text 3\Cache\SublimeWebInspector"
