User Story

As a fellow engineer, I want a clean app shell and engineering baseline so that I can build features quickly without redoing project setup.

Context

This repo will become an open source Solana portfolio application that is free to use and not intended to compete with existing commercial products. We want a strong foundation that future fellowship work can build on.

Acceptance Criteria

• A Next.js + TypeScript app is scaffolded and runs locally with one documented command
• Core scripts exist for dev, build, lint, format, and typecheck
• A shared app shell exists with header, content area, and a wallet action placeholder
• A basic project structure is established for app, components, lib, and styles
• README documents setup, scripts, and high-level architecture
• Basic empty state and error boundary placeholders exist

Notes

• Keep the design simple but intentional
• Prefer decisions that make later portfolio, swap, and chart work easier
• This should feel production-minded, not tutorial-level

Out of Scope

• Real portfolio data
• Wallet connection logic
• Final branding
