Footer “Events Code of Conduct” link returns 404

Description:
In the footer of the site https://solana.com/breakpoint the “Events Code of Conduct” link currently points to:
https://solana.com/breakpoint/code-of-conduct

This link returns a 404 Not Found error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Scroll to the footer on any page of the site.
2. Click the “Events Code of Conduct” link.
3. Observe the 404 page.

Expected Behavior:
The link should direct to the correct Events Code of Conduct page.

Actual Behavior:
The link returns a 404 error page.

I’m unable to locate the “Events Code of Conduct” link in the current footer implementation. Has this been removed recently?

I can see the broken link on https://solana.com/breakpoint, but code of conduct page doesn't seem existing on the codebase. Let me know if you have right page to redirect.
