Add a license for the range proof component in the zk-sdk

Problem

The bulletproofs implementation in the zk-sdk is a derivation of the implementation by dalek-cryptography (https://github.com/dalek-cryptography/bulletproofs). The dalek implementation is done under MIT license, so we should properly cite their license.
