I am using 3.13.0-beta.10 with NetGear CM3000. It's configured as CM2000 and pulling all the detailed channel stats. At the top of the modem status page there are high level status Green/Yellow/Red for

Add HA Entities to represent these status elements green, red, yellow or Good, Poor, Failed

This would be useful to create notifications when status is not green for any of the status items without having to worry about numerical details of all the channels.

Thanks for the feature request! The high-level status indicators (CM Status, Downstream/Upstream Status, Upstream Power Level) would be a great addition — a quick health summary without needing to dig into per-channel stats.

Adding this to the backlog for v3.14.

Looking at the CM2000 fixtures, the data for these status indicators is already present on /DocsisStatus.htm in the InitCableDiagTagValue() JavaScript function — the same page we already scrape for channel stats. The CM2000 parser just doesn't extract it yet.

Since you're running a CM3000 with the CM2000 config, we're assuming the web UI is the same between the two models. To confirm that and help us build a proper CM3000 parser, a HAR capture from your modem would be really valuable — see har-capture for instructions. Please use an incognito/private browser window so the login flow is captured.
