Include Roadmap

We need a description of all the actions that need to be taken to make Solid a reality in a variety of verticals. That way we can list who is working on what so that parties interested in supporting know how they could help and how to reach out to the parties working on other activities that the work relies on. The aim is to improve findability.

Please post your thoughts on what would be included in the roadmap.
