Add TypeScript Format Support to v2

Thank you for providing this simple exporter.

We would like to request a minor upgrade to the older 2.X.Y branch to include support for the typescript format.

While we are aware that Hardhat v3 is now the recommended version, our current project dependencies require us to remain on Hardhat v2 for the time being. We aim to leverage the export const feature provided by the "typescript" format option.

We have identified the necessary change in [this commit](5333285).

We have tested applying this patch locally using patch-package, and it functions as expected.

Could you please consider releasing a new version, such as v2.12.0, that includes this commit?
