Feature Request: Add a Project / Task Refresh Button

Currently, when a user adds a new project or task via the web application or another device (which syncs the data through the Solid pod), the desktop application does not automatically update its project / task list. The user is required to restart the entire application to see the newly added items, which is inconvenient and breaks the workflow.

I propose adding a dedicated "Refresh Projects" button (or similar visual cue, perhaps a standard refresh icon) within the application's project view.Upon clicking this button, the application should trigger a manual refetch of the project data from the user's Solid pod (or the relevant API endpoint).

The application should refetch projects and tasks automatically when the window is focused. Can you tell me what OS you are experiencing this problem on?
