Javascript seems to no longer work ?

Current behavior

To click on the cross don't remove the item

The check box cheched ("Use Billing Address") at the checkout process adress don't hide the form and force to fill it

It worked fine before but not now, I think it started not working since I created a user or that I have settled the default locale on french ?
