vagrant-testing broken

For some reason, localhost no longer works (at least on Mac) with the Vagrant virtual machine. The vagrant box accepts connections with the private IP, but port forward no longer works.

This is not a big deal as automated tests are supposed to run against Docker virtual machine, not the Vagrant box.

In case you might be interested I have automated container creation using https://www.testcontainers.org (see virtual-machinist@8422fb3). This way the containers are created from within JUnit execution context and there is no need to explicitly start docker before running the tests.
The only drawback is that the test classes are compiled with 1.8 target version. As a consequence JDK 8 must be used to build the artifact. The main code is unaffected though and still stays at the lower target version. Maven compiler plugin seems to deal with this OK.
