How to generate open api spec for REST API

Hi

I am trying to use this plugin to generate openapi spec.
The tool generates schemas for the messages defined in the proto but it does not seem to generate the spec for the services exposed in the proto.
Is there any specific option or directive that needs to be provided ?
I am unable to locate anything in the examples ?
