Repo Manager pre-create Repos

Hi, using the helm charts, is there a way to pre-create some repos. For example, I would like to create a hosted docker registry as a default. I am able to get both the k8s service and ingress created for a docker registry easily enough but I dont see a way to actually create the registry as well.
