Description of the enhancement

currently we "Exclude jsonpath_ng 1.8.0 because it causes DASH pipeline failures"
but this is not the correct pattern.

Current Behavior

currently we "Exclude jsonpath_ng 1.8.0 because it causes DASH pipeline failures"

Proposed Behavior

we should instead pin jsonpath_ng to 1.7.0 the last working version.
