Description of the bug

The framework docker does not respond to the rebootstatus api for gnoi_client command, causing the reboot to delay, the reboot api executes correctly, causing pre shutdown on DPU, but the rebootstatus does not work the same way.

Steps to Reproduce

Execute reboot -d DPU0, check that the reboot_status Api call fails

Actual Behavior and Expected Behavior

reboot_status api call succeeds
