Overrides Stable Audio 3's upstream Torch 2.7.1 constraint with the locally validated Torch/Torchaudio 2.10 pair, upgrades Setuptools to 83, adds an all-extras CI audit, and documents two dated upstream exceptions. Validation: 176 GERM tests, 38 upstream Stable Audio CLI tests, Ruff, dashboard syntax/smoke, runtime imports, lock check, and a dependency audit with zero non-excepted findings.
