Summary:

• adopt the immutable Earworm and Akousma 0.6.1 revision boundary
• clarify that generated children are new speculative cultivated objects, not evidence for claims about their parents
• align public stack versions and bump GERM to 0.3.3
• broaden environment-file ignore coverage

Validation:

• Python suite: 180 passed
• Ruff and all-extras dependency audit passed, with only the two documented upstream Torch exceptions ignored
• dashboard syntax and smoke checks passed
• macOS Swift build passed
• staged diff secret scan found no findings
