AS build tools are out of date

I tried this on my Arch installation, only for it to mysteriously fail. After some digging, it turned out s1p2bin was outdated, and bailing since it didn't support the Z80 driver being in more than one segment.

I suppose this ties into #24. I don't have a 32-bit Linux installation anymore, and the guy I used to ask for Mac builds doesn't own a Mac anymore.

And the macOS build tools were again made outdated in 6721738 while 32-bit Linux build tools were added in 05d16b3. All hail the new p2bin.
