Mullvad browser icon missing

The Mullvad browser (an adapted Tor browser) is registering correctly in Junction (unlike the Tor browser itself), but is missing the icon.

Tested on Fedora WS 41 with the .rpm from the official repository.

You might wanna inspect the .desktop files either in /usr/share/applications or in your home ~/.local/share/applications. Locate the Mullvad browser desktop and look for Icon=/some/path
You can then check if the path leads to something real. Mine is e.g.
Icon=/home/cris/Apps/mullvad-browser/Browser/browser/chrome/icons/default/default128.png

Also if you are missing some browser you can create the .Desktop in your ~/.local/share/applications and it will appear. You can search online on how to create Desktop files.

Thank you for your helpful suggestion. I followed your recommendation but could not definitively identify the problem: The file mullvad-browser.desktop in /usr/share/applications/ does not specify an elaborate filepath and only says Icon=mullvad-browser. Still, since the icon gets correctly picked up by Gnome I wonder what I should suggest over at the issue tracker of the Mullvad Browser for Junction to pick it up by default, especially since my .desktop file of Firefox (org.gnome.firefox.desktop in /usr/share/applications/) has the exact same schema (Icon=firefox) and Junction displays the Firefox icon regardless.
The corresponding icon files (named mullvad-browser.png and mullvad-browser.svg respectively) seem to also be stored at the same place as the Firefox icon files (in the directories below /usr/share/icons/hicolor/).

Hello, I have same issue thus I checked /usr/share/icons/hicolor/ directory. I saw that while firefox.png is an actual file, mullvad-browser.png is a symlink that points to icons in /usr/lib/mullvad-browser/browser/chrome/icons/default/ directory.

I also encored another issue that Junction opened that symlink but could not show any apps to select.
