Documentation update suggestion

Maybe I'm not the only one who faced / would face this. I struggled on making this MCP working. Confluence tools were set up quickly but for Jira connection, I couldn't managed to get it working, the connection was successful but tools weren't available. The soultion was to use BOTH JIRA_USERNAME and JIRA_EMAIL (as well as JIRA_API_TOKEN and JIRA_URL) parameters in config (I set them the same values)

That setup experience could definitely be clearer. We've filed two issues to help the next person:

• [Bug]: Service is skipped on incomplete auth config with no user-visible warning #1205 — when auth config is incomplete, the server just skips that service and tools don't appear, with no user-visible error. That "connection successful but no tools" experience shouldn't require guesswork to diagnose.
• [Docs]: README Quick Start doesn't reference .env.example for Docker/env-file users #1206 — the README Quick Start doesn't reference .env.example, which is actually the most comprehensive config reference in the repo (auth method precedence, all env vars, inline explanations).

BTW, we don't think JIRA_EMAIL is a recognized env var — the code reads JIRA_USERNAME (which is your email for Cloud). It's possible something else in your config changed at the same time that actually fixed it.
