MEC is not recognized after stopping and starting WebUI application in tomcat.

Hi,

if I stop the running WebUI application and start it again using tomcat manager while the MEC is running (no experiment in progress) the WebUI does not detect the MEC anymore after it restarted it too.

I have to stop MEC first, restart WebUI second and start MEC third.
