Accepting a suggested improvement #249

Description

I read that Ctrl-period opens an action menu (that reports every possible improvement in the file), yet still no accept. I bought the explanation in the code overlay, don't need to see an even more verbose justification or anything beyond the instant change, just an accept button AND removal of the double-underline attention flag in the source file. Make it simpler.

And ... if you REALLY want to be helpful, how about identifying redundant functionality, particularly identifying code that should have been removed by an enhancement that now merely increases surface area, obscures the mission, unnecessarily duplicates outputs, ... THAT requires a hierarchical understanding of the code WAY more sophisticated than syntax, grammar, and other rules with (myopic) one-line scope.
