Maigret doesnt work

Hi, i installed maigret 0.6.1 on my windows pc.

install from pypi

pip3 install maigret

usage

maigret username

I followed this part.

If i use it trought poweshell it says that "maigret" is not known as cmdlet.
Anything to do?
