Geting blank page after install

Issue description

I have installed all the requirements prior to installion of tubeak, the installer let me install the application. After installation I have deleted the install folder and sql script from the folder and cleared the browser cache. I have also got the tables in database. Now, after opening the site url I am seeing a blank white page.

Expected Behaviour

Application to show some sort of login page or application main page

Actual Behaviour

Getting a blank white page

Environment Information

• Operating System: Windows server standard 2022
• PHP Magazine version: ALL
• Custom PHP Magazine build, describe customizations or provide link to fork (If Applicable): ALL

I've installed the software and getting a browser 500 error

After new subdomain creation and software installation, I'm getting a http Error 500

The host admins reported:
There might be some issue in your index.php. Below is the screenshot link of the index.php:

Please help to find out why and how to solve.
