Index page works

[Dead2call]

Issue description

                                    all links are broken

Steps to Reproduce

                                  install is fine loads index then after all links broken

3. ALL

Expected Behaviour

Tell us what should happen
its not finding links or pages

Actual Behaviour

Tell us what happens instead
it just pops up oops bottom left corner

Environment Information

• Operating System: ALL windows server 2019
• Tubeak version: ALL tried both
• Custom Tubeak build, describe customizations or provide link to fork (If Applicable): ALL
