Add "Ignored" Servers option for Launcher

Pretty much the opposite of the Favorite button. Allows the creation of a personal blacklist/filter that hides servers. Most likely has to be based on IP as server names can change dynamically.

A button in the filters can also be selected to unhide blacklisted servers to allow you to unblacklist/hide.

Most likely will require:

• Database for list of Blacklisted servers.
• Button to allow you to blacklist
• Filter to show blacklisted servers.
• Button in settings to either show you a list of blacklisted IPs (and the name of the server at the time of blacklist) OR button to just wipe the database clean to remove all blacklisted servers.

As mentioned by Jezithyr, naming it "Ignored" servers would be better than blacklisted servers, similar to search browsers in games like Garry's Mod.
