Investigating wfss_contam step on MIRI WFSS data

Issue JP-4278 was created on JIRA by Andreea Petric:

Provide a step users can apply to disentangle overlapping spectra following developments made by the NIRISS WFSS and NIRCam WFSS teams. Even if this is not done automatically we want to give users the option to apply this step on their data.
