I am facing a new challenge, where after following the PanCAKE setup instructions and trying to run the basic tutorial, the off-axis PSF images (last slice of the image cube) are always coming out as NaN, resulting in an inability for the code to produce contrast curves. I have tried several experiments centering around version changes of the relevant packages/installations, debugging the source code, etc. but to no avail.
I would greatly appreciate if any other users who may have encountered and solved a similar challenge can share their solution. Thank you very much!
