Add romancal ramp fitting and linearity steps to HLIS pipeline

Issue RCAL-1407 was created on JIRA by Eddie Schlafly:

The HLIS pipeline now uses the romancal saturation and dq initialization steps.  We should extend the usage of romancal in the HLIS pipeline to use additional romancal steps.  This ticket covers adding usage of the linearity and ramp fitting steps.
