Issue with ROOT and web-based display #3400
Description
After civetweb was added for ROOT 6.38.0 (#2589), civetweb was added as a dependency. When trying to run something that requires a web browser, we have been finding crashes (key4hep/key4hep-spack#848). I tried to change the options that are used to build civetweb (root-project/root#14194 (comment)) but it still crashed. The workaround I did was to use the builtin civetweb from ROOT, and that works fine.
My setup: ROOT 6.38.0 on Alma 9 with GCC 14 and Ubuntu 24 with GCC 13 (system compiler).
