Improve Consistency of Table Content

Let's correct the following inconsistencies:

• In the table headers displayed in Utilities and Systems we use both Class Name and Class. Update all table headings that use Class to Class Name.
• Also within tables, class name is shown as .class with a period and sometimes as class without a period. Since we are already explicitly telling the user that it is a class via the table header, let's go for a cleaner look by removing all the periods . connected to classes in tables.
