This came out of an HTML & CSS Task Force meeting.

Add HTML section

• Write semantic HTML
• Handlebars/Drizzle/General Templating
• Where to put style tags, script tags
• Reference BEM section (currently in CSS)
• IDs vs classes
• Anything else you can think of!
