[Feature] Let users choose a maximum number of questions to review #26

Description
After #24 is complete, we can add some support for different game settings. For this, we would give them an option for how many questions they want to review. For example, if they're just doing a quick daily refresher, they might choose 5, but if they're cramming for an exam, they might choose 100. The end result would be selecting up to n questions for them to review and setting it up such that once they reach the limit or run out of questions, they are prompted to go back to the home page/game selection page.
