ISv12, OSv11, wall thickening

-The left/right walls of the o-ring mount were 0.66mm thick (which is below JLCs threshold [0.8mm]). They are now 1.05mm.
-opened up OS cavity above the o-ring mount box to work with the modified IS.
-also adjusted the version text cutouts to be less deep - to avoid wall thickness warnings.
