Postcard RTK: Incorrect information when configuring Galileo HAS

With the latest modifications to the Galileo HAS configuration, if we enter precisions lower than 0.10, upon restarting it reports that the precision is 0.0. I don't know if the entered value was saved and it's a screen error, or if it actually shows 0.0 when I entered, for example, 0.05.
I don't know what could be affecting the internal calculation, but I'd like to see what I actually entered.

Hi Angel,

Oh dear. We will get this fixed. The issue is the "Qual" (Qualifier) value. It sets the number of decimal places:

It should be 3 (mm) or 4 (0.1mm), not 1:

This will be resolved by PR #954

The underlying LG290P function setPppSettings uses cm resolution (2 decimal places). Changing to match that...
