Make resize autoclose configurable to be off #54

@alanjleonard do you think some apps wouldnt want the autoclose functionality? Like it could give the user too much ability to accidentally lose context and get disoriented for some usecases?
Regardless of that, we might not have the autoclose behaviour if we have set so a user cant close the panel.
