fix(wasm): re-apply the size override to the renamed spargebra package (#6782)
#6663 published the vendored parser as `sparq-spargebra`, but the release-wasm profile still keyed its opt-level "z" override by the old package name, so it matched nothing and the parser built at opt-level 3. That accounts for about 92 KB of the wasm_bundle_bytes growth the nightly Benchmarks run flagged.
