Authentification fail on complex password

• PHP Version: 7.4
• Database Driver & Version: postgres 13
• OS: centos 7

Hello,
Sometimes when authentication password is complex like this one k4:BH+mH:A6GT_{K laravel backup fail to generate backup,
changing database password to something simple without symbols fixed my issue

Exception message
The dump process failed with exitcode 1 : General error : pg_dump: error: connection to database "master" failed: FATAL:  password authentication failed for user "admin"
