Where to add custom database dumpers?

Hi!

I would like to use a custom database dumper, as described at the bottom of this page https://spatie.be/docs/laravel-backup/v8/installation-and-setup.
However, I do not know where to "register"/"extend" the custom dumper in the DbDumperFactory.
Where should I place this piece of code?

DbDumperFactory::extend('mysql', function() {
    return new YourCustomMysqlDumper();
});

Can someone help me out?
