Include/exclude folders at runtime

Hey there! I started using spatie backups and I love its simplicity.

I wonder if there is a possibility to include or exclude a folder when starting a backup?

There is a huge asset folder in my app (> 6gb) which does not need to be backuped daily. But I don't want to exclude it for every backup because once a month it should be backed up, too.

How can I do that?

I tried some things, like creating a custom command and updated the config at runtime but nothing seems to work.
