Version after 2.3 isn't working problem is with upsert

Hey there,

I've been using this package, and it works fine with version 2.3, updating the payload one by one. However, in newer or latest versions, it seems to be buggy, and the upsert functionality isn't working with MySQL version 8.0.

I'm running Laravel version 10.x and MySQL 8.0. I tried to debug it but after spending hours, I'm tired so I have created new database repository and put the 2.3 version code(I just have to change a little like replace updatePropertyPayload with updatePropertiesPayload).
