Namespace settingsclass different from setting_class_path

Hi

From what I understand, the stub for the a settings-page is hardcoded into MakeSettingCommand.php. The namespace is derived from setting_class_path. Which isn't the same as the namespace in our setup. Either a stub-file or an extra setting in config.php would solve the this. Or is there a different approach already possible.
