Re-run a webhook call from the database?

I couldn't find any information on this — is it possible to re-run a webhook call that has been saved in the database? If so, how can I do that?

if you want to 're-run' a webhook call maybe you can check on your webhook server, eg: payment gateway, they might have that retry mechanism usually used on failed webhook request
