firewall list should be expanded, sortable and searchable

When looking at the list of firewall rules it is almost impossible to identify which machine a rules applies to. The UUID should on;y be used if there is not a customer defined name.

Each column <action, machine name, enabled, description ,etc.> should be sortable and filterable by more than just the description (i.e. machine name, enabled or disabled, maybe even by port/protocol)
