Support for Living Collections

Background:
As you probably know, we are in the process of migrating the Herbarium collection to Specify. Their current IBIS system manages the Herbarium and the Botanical Gardens Living collection, so after with migrate the Herb data, we will still need to provide updated and new data back to the current system to support the living collection, and will need to transform the Specify data back to the IBIS data data model.
