User Interface Warning for Duplicate Catalog Numbers

Once #5229 is implemented, we want the users to have an indication that they are creating a Collection Object with a catalog number that already exists.

When a user attempts to create a new Collection Object (CO) with a catalog number that already exists in the system, the interface should provide a warning. This could be achieved by changing the field color to orange and adding an icon to indicate a potential issue.

Potential Implementation:

• Change the catalog number input field color to red if a duplicate is detected.
• Display an icon next to the field to indicate a warning.
• Provide a tooltip or message explaining the warning when hovering over the icon.

Same in the WorkBench. This is not a blocker, just a warning the user can view so they understand what they are doing.
