Add batch update options for storage and collecting events for COGs

Different COs of a COG usually have the same collecting information (such as locality, collector, etc.). How can I duplicate this without entering it individually for each CO?

This was discussed during early development discussions but not formalized on a requirement, but regular use has proved this would be valuable.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option for the user to batch update fields that are shared amongst all COG CO children (when applicable)

Most importantly:

• Storage Location
• Collecting Event

Describe alternatives you've considered
CEs and Storage Locations can be shared, but each CO has a unique CE link and each Prep has a unique Storage link. Carry forward is the best workaround, but that cannot be accomplished from the COG interface in the first version of GeoSpecify.
