Improve default field descriptions in data model/schema config #6653

Hi, Lexi yes this documents the general issue. It would be very useful to me as I try to migrate PERTH's ~850,000 plant specimen records into Specify. At the moment, I'm having to enter data in a test instance of Specify, then open the database and query for the record to see what went where. To increase my velocity, it would be helpful if the column usages were described more informatively, such as (assuming I now understand the example above correctly):

Ben Richardson from PERTH has requested for the field descriptions in the data model viewer and schema config to be more detailed. Many fields lack thorough descriptions, with some descriptions simply containing the field name itself. Providing more in-depth field descriptions would help users better understand the data model and allow them to utilize the wide variety of fields Specify has to offer.
For example, these fields have the following descriptions:

Since latitude2 is not clearly shown on the Locality data entry form, the purpose of the field may be unclear.
