Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, making certain changes to tree definitions can trigger a full, resource-intensive tree rebuild. For collections with large trees, this rebuild process can lock other users out of the database or severely degrade performance for a significant amount of time (Robyn experienced 20-30 minute lockouts).
The core problem is that it is not always clear to the user which specific actions will trigger this rebuild. A user can easily make a seemingly small change without realizing it will cause a major disruption for the entire team.
Describe the solution you'd like
Robyn requests a warning/ confirmation that appears after a user has initiated an action that will cause a tree rebuild, but before that action is committed. This would function similarly to the confirmation warnings in the Batch Edit or WorkBench tools.
To prevent this warning from becoming a persistent warning for users with small trees or those who are performing intentional maintenance, it would be ideal to include a conditional checkbox.
