Add ability to read UTM and MRGS data into Google Earth plugin in Workbench

Request from user (Íñigo). He doesn't always have Coordinate data, but does might have UTM data or MRGS data instead.

Invoking the GoogleEarth plugin from the Locality subform to show a location (for the existing geogoordinates) works great, but ONLY when as Lat-Long. It won't do so if coordinates are (solely) in UTM or MRGS. (As you know, Europeans have been keen on usig UTMs/MRGSs, and they are not truly convertible to LatLong –as they shouldn't be, especially if precission is low). It may be an issue of how GoogleEarth handles them, in which case there'll be nothing to do.
