Add "Resolve Selected" and "Return Selected" as separate buttons on the Return Loan dialog

If we use the “Return Loan” button when viewing the Loan form the “select all” option automatically resolves and returns the maximum quantity. For our case of mixed collection preparations we may expect to get the specimens back, but any genetic samples will always be used up.

It would be nice to have a “resolve selected” and “return selected” as separate buttons if we can’t manage this via workbench.
